This study aims to analyze the cffect of Regional Taxes and Retribulion, Balancing Funds, and Surplus Of Budget Finuncing on The Expenditure of Musi Banyuasin Regency, Muara Enim, P'alembang City, and Prahumulih in 2010-2019. The research method used in quantitative and qualitative descriptive research. The data used in this study is secondary data from 2010-2019. Based on the results, it can bhe seen that the variables of Tax, Retribution, Balancing Funds and SILPA are stated to be significant to the Regional Government Expenditures of Musi Banyuasin, Muura Enim, Palembang City. and Prabumulih. Simultancously. the variahles of Tac Retribution. Balancing Fund and SiLPA have Expenditure t count>t table and probability value < 0.05. And simultaneously Tax Retribution. Balancing Funds and SILPA have a significunt effect on Regional Expenditures Fcount>t table and probahility value < 0.05. significant effect on Regional Keywords: Regional Taxes and Retribution, Balancing Funds, Surplus Of Budget Financing (SILPA), Regional Expenditure
