SIMULASI PEMBENTUKAN OZON PADA OZONE CHAMBER ELEKTRODA DATAR MENGGUNAKAN COMSOL MULTIPHYSICS
Various studies and studies have been carried out regarding the generation of ozone plasma using the Dielectric Barrier Discharge method with non-thermal plasma conditions. In this study, ozone plasma testing from the Ozone Chamber developed by Budiman et al was composed of perforated configuration aluminum plate parallel electrodes separated by a single glass dielectric material using COMSOL Multiphysics application. By using the Plasma Module in applications that include electrostatic parameters, drift diffusion and heavy species transport to produce discharge on pure O2 with plasma ozone concentration output. In this study a simulation of ozone formation using Comsol Multiphysics was successfully carried out. The highest concentration of ozone is produced with an 8 kV AC voltage source, which is 3710,476 ppm. While the results of the highest ozone chamber concentration with a DC source of 8 kV, amounting to 3723.840 ppm. Where the simulation results have a higher and more stable ozone concentration compared to the results of experiments conducted by Budiman et al.
