Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh suplementasi probiotik pada ransum berbahan dasar haylage hijauan rawa terhadap kecernaan bahan kering, bahan organik, konsentrasi amonia, dan nilai pH. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari sampai dengan bulan Februari 2020 di laboratorium Program Studi Peternakan Jurusan Teknologi dan Industri Peternakan Universitas Sriwijaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan. Perlakuan terdiri dari A0 (haylage 70% : 30% konsentrat tanpa penambahan probiotik) kontrol, A1 (penambahan 0,05% Saccharomyces cerevisieae), A2 (penambahan 0,05% Aspergillus oryzae), A3 (penambahan 0,025% Saccharomyces cerevisiae + 0,025% Aspergillus oryzae). Parameter yang diamati adalah kecernaan bahan kering, kecernaan bahan organik, NH3, dan pH. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa perlakuan dengan penambahan Saccharomyses cerevisiae dan Aspergillus oryzae berbeda nyata (P
