Since the first issuance of Law No.18 of 2008 concerning Solid Waste Management, the waste problem is still a national problem that is difficult to overcome. With the issuance of Presidential Regulation Number 97 of 2017 concerning National Policies and Strategies (JAKSTRANAS) for the management of household waste and household-like waste, this is one of the new breakthroughs in national waste management that involves the entire community to carry out integrated waste management starting from waste sources to the final waste processing site. It is hoped that all waste will be well managed as measured by a reduction of waste by 30% and waste handling by 70%. To achieve the target set, the government instructs all regions to implement this, including TPA in Ogan Ilir Regency. This research is intended to reduce the amount of waste that enters the TPA Palem Raya, Ogan Ilir Regency, so the waste that enters the TPA must be reprocessed so that it only produces residue. One way is to use the 3R system (Reuse, Reduce and Recycle). This research is also conducted to plan the 3R building facilities at the TPA for the next 10 years. These facilities include a sorting room, a census room, a composting room and a storage room for 3R processing results. Before planning, a survey is conducted to determine the data on waste generation and the composition of the waste. The survey was conducted using SNI 19-39641-1994. After getting the waste generation data, then calculate the population growth projection using the arithmetic method. Then the generation data that has been projected for the next 10 years are used to plan the 3R building. The final result of this planning is the layout of the land requirement for 3R building facilities in TPA Palem Raya, Ogan Ilir Regency
