ANALISIS BEBAN KERJA OPERATOR PADA MESIN COMBINE HARVESTER DI PT. BUYUNG PUTRA PANGAN KABUPATEN OGAN ILIR, SUMATERA SELATAN
Rice is a commodity of rice-producing food crops that plays an important role in Indonesia's economic life. Combine harvester is a rice harvesting machine used to cut, knock out, and clean grain in the land. This study aims to find out the large rate of energy consumption, the large level of fatigue, and the workload level of combine harvester machine operators based on different age groups and based on active and passive smoker operators. This research was conducted from August 2020 to November 2020 on pt farmland. Buyung Putra Pangan Ogan Ilir, South Sumatra. This research uses a descriptive method, namely direct observation with the presentation of data in the form of tabulations and graphs. The parameters observed in this study are Basal Metabolic Energy (BME) values, IRHR (Increase Ratio of Heart Rate), WECST measurements, TEC and TEC' measurements. The results showed that rice harvesters who smoked and were in the age of 36-50 had a greater heart rate than other rice harvesters. While the lowest heart rate score is a rice harvester who is 20-35 years old and does not smoke. So it can be concluded that rice harvesters who smoke and are in the age of 36-50 years of age expel greater energy and affect the amount of workload received.
