Banks are referred to as financial intermediaries which raise funds from peoples and distribute the money back to them. This study is aimed at finding out vvhcther or not the third-party funds and bank interest rate affect the amount of banking loan distributions in Ogan Komering Ilir. This study shows that the third-party funds and bank interest rate has positive and significant effects on the amount of banking loan distributions in Ogan Komering Ilir. The third-party funds and bank interest rate contribute 91 % to the amount of banking loan distributions as shovvn by the adjusted R2, whereas the rest (9 %) is affected by other faetors excluded from this study.
