This study animed to describe children five years old who play together isolated in children aged in Karang Jaya Village Palembang. This study was conducted using desriptive and qualitative approach in the from of case studies. Sources of data taken from one children, parents whose chidren are the subject or research amounted to one people. From the research supporting factors and the factors that lead isolated children in Karang Jaya village play together in Palembang. Supporting factors is the motivation and support of parents, the factor that cause isolation is daydreaming, impolite behavior, unattractive appearance, parents economic factor and impatient. Efforts are being made to addreas the child’s parent to give motivation and encouragament to children with speech and action, for example, be a model for the child, by participating directly in the activities of the child, and make it a group activity for children to get to know his friendly closer. The effect that isolation of children may have on social development is that children experience rejection by their peers so that children have no social opportunities, children have poor communication, and children cannot learn to socialize with friends.
