HUBUNGAN KEPERCAYAAN DIRI DENGAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR PADA PEMBELAJARAN DARING MAHASISWA BIMBINGAN DAN KONSELING UNIVERSITAS SRIWIJAYA
This study aims to determine the relationship between self-confidence and learning motivation in online learning for Guidance and Counseling students, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Sriwijaya University. The hypothesis of this research is there is a relationship between self-confidence and learning motivation in online learning for Guidance and Counseling Students at Sriwijaya University. The population of this study were Guidance and Counseling students of the class of 2019, totaling 80 people. The sampling technique used is total sampling with the total population being the sample. This research is a quantitative research with correlational analysis. The data collection techniques used are the self-confidence scale and the learning motivation scale. The data analysis technique in this research uses the Product Moment correlation technique. The results showed that there was a relationship between self-confidence and learning motivation, so the research hypothesis was accepted rcount > rtable = 0.792 > 0.219 at a significant level of 5% which means positive and significant and is included in the strong category. It can be concluded that the higher the self-confidence, the higher the motivation to learn and vice versa. Self-confidence contributes 62.7% to learning motivation and the remaining 38.2% is influenced by other factors. Keywords: Self Confidence, Learning Motivation, Online Learning
