The objective of this research was to determine the factors that affect Islamic banking financing in Indonesia. The factors used in this study were the Third Party Funds (TPF), the Non-Performing Financing (NPF), Bank Indonesia Sharia Certificate, inflation and exchange rates. .The data used in this study were the secondary data in the form of time series data from Islamic Banking Statistics, Indonesian Banking Statistics and Monetary Policy Review. The technique of analysis was qualitative and quantitative. In the quantitative analysis, this study used multiple regression with the Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) method. The results of the regression indicated that the Third Party Funds, the NPF, Bank Indonesia Sharia Certificate, inflation and exchange rates were significant, either partially or simultaneously. The determination coefficient of 0.99 indicated that the variation in the change in financing could be explained by the TPF, the NPF, Bank Indonesia Sharia Certificate, inflation and exchange rates as much as 99%, and the other 1% was influenced by other factors outside the model.
