This research was aimed to find out value-added, labor productivity, and efficiency of rice mill business in Pagar Alam city. The variables used were valueadded, labor productivity, and efficiency. The data used were in the form of time series data taken from Industial Service, Cooperation, UKM, and PP of Pagar Alam city. This research used quantitative descriptive analysis technique. The findings of rice mill business in Pagar Alam city showed that the development of value-added growth of rice mill business in Pagar Alam city was relatively high in which the average was Rp. 122.267. The productivity level of labor on rice mill business in Pagar Alam city had the average of 118 kg/labor. The level of efficiency of rice mill business in Pagar Alam city had the average of 1,2. As a whole, the Industrial Performance on rice mill business in Pagar Alam city was good enough. This can be seen from the growth of value-added, labor productivity, and positive gowth of efficiency.
