This study aims to determine the effect of using the SCAMPER method on student learning outcomes in the sub-theme of heat transfer around us at SD Negeri 05 Indralaya. The sample in this study were 30 students in class VB as the experimental class, and 31 students in class VD as the control class. The instruments used were the pretest-posttest and observation sheets. The statistic used to analyze the data in evidence is thestatistical technique polled variant through the hypothesis (t-test) using the t-test obtained tcount of 2.657 with ttable of 1.667. Based on the calculation results, it can be concluded that there is an effect of the SCAMPER learning method on the learning outcomes of fifth grade students of SD Negeri 05 Indralaya.
