STUDI PENGARUH PENIRUAN MORFOLOGI TULANG KANSELUS UNTUK SKAFOLD JENIS STRUKTUR TERDEGRADASI TAKFUNGSIONAL BERBAHAN BESI MURNI TERHADAP KARAKTERISTIK ALIRAN FLUIDA
This study aims to determine the effect of bone marrow fluid on scaffold to fluid flow characteristics and scaffold permeability. The main contribution of this research is obtaining the optimum permeability value based on the ratio of SBF fluid and bone marrow used in the scafold. This is obtained by designing a non-functionally degraded structure scafold based on porosity and surface area with the provisions of the application of previously studied scafold where the scafold design is designed using Solidwork software which is then simulated on Comsol Multyphysics 5.4b software to obtain rate characteristics Fluid flow such as pressure, velocity, shear stress, and permeability values using two different types of fluids, namely SBF and bone marrow and variations in 3 levels of flow rate for 0.8 ml / min, 0.4 ml / min and 0.025 ml / min. From this, it was found that scafold with porosity variants of 61.6% and 60% with a surface area of 835.33 mm3 and 850.71 mm3 indicates that porosity does not have a linear correlation with permeability because the permeability itself is more influenced by the surface area, at a value of 5 , 39889E-10 m2 - 5.40299E-10 m2 and 2.14235E-09 m2 - 2.1351E-09 m2 for SBF fluid and 5,41278E-10 m2 - 5.43804E-10 m2 and 2.14235E-09 m2 - 2.14317E-09 m2 for bone marrow fluid. In relation to the results obtained, the two scafolds variants have a fairly good permeability value and are still in the standard permeability value range based on the comparison of permeability values on cancellous bone from previous experiments that have been done.
