PENGARUH BEROPERASINYA JEMBATAN MUSI V TERHADAP TINGKAT EMISI GAS RUMAH KACA DI JALAN LETTU KARIM KADIR KECAMATAN GANDUS
The Musi V Bridge is a series of the Kayu Agung-Palembang-Betung Toll Road (Kapal Betung Toll Road). The Musi V Bridge is located in Gandus District and the plan is to be 2.3 km from the toll exit / entrance ramp where the ramp is located on Jl. Socially connected to Jl. Lettu Karim Kadir. After the Kapal Betung Toll Road operates, it is estimated that it will have an impact on the service level of the local road network in Gandus District. The local road which is the main access is Jl. Lettu Karim Kadir as a connector from toll roads to national roads including Jl. Alamsyah Ratu Prawira Negara, Jl. Soekarno Hatta, and Jl. Major General Yusuf Singadekane. Jl. Lettu Karim Kadir consists of four road segments, namely segment one (Jl.Lettu Karim Kadir - Mitra Housing), segment two (Perumahan Mitra - Jl.M.Amin Fauzi), segment three (Jl.M Amin Fauzi - Jl.Tph Sofyan Kenawas ), segment four (Jl. Tph Sofyan Kenawas- Jl. Sosial). The purpose of this study was to determine the level of Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emission that comes from the combustion of vehicle fuel on Jl. Lettu Karim Kadir in Gandus District in existing conditions and after the Musi V Bridge operates. In addition, it will also calculate how to reduce GHG emissions if mitigation actions are taken. Data processing used the IPCC method in 2006. The results of data processing showed that after the Musi V Bridge operated, GHG emissions increased by 1,342.83 tons of CO2e. With the 2006 IPCC method, it is known that the level of GHG emissions on Jl. Lettu Karim Kadir based on the fuel consumption of the vehicles on these roads. It is known that the fuel consumption of gasoline is 197,340 kiloliters and diesel is 18,949 kiloliters for the existing conditions and after the Musi V Bridge the consumption of gasoline is 525,175 kiloliters and diesel is 40,727 kiloliters. The level of GHG emissions from fuel combustion by existing vehicles is 514, 287 tonnes of CO2e and after the operation of Musi V Bridge is 1,342.83 tonnes of CO2e. Mitigation alternatives are carried out to reduce GHG emissions by planting trees and the use of LED solar cells. With this mitigation, the level of GHG emissions from fuel combustion by vehicles after the Musi V Bridge operates is 107 tons CO2e.
