This study aims to determine the morphological changes that occur during the growth process of the reproductive organs of the Nine o'clock Flower (Portulaca grandiflora) and Four o'clock Flower (Mirabilis jalapa) as well as photonasty motion and the time required for the growth process of the reproductive organs. The method used is descriptive method. From the observations, the Nine o'clock Flower and the Four o'clock Flower experienced 3 growth phases in their reproductive organs, namely the flower bud phase, the blooming phase and the wilting phase. The development time in the flower bud phase at Nine o'clock to bloom (6 days), the flower bloom phase (4-8 hours), and the phase from early bloom to wilt (2 days). The overall time required from the bud phase to wilting (10 days) while in the Four o'clock flower the development time at the Four o'clock flower bud phase to bloom (11 days), the flower blooming phase (11-12 hours), and the phase from early bloom to withered (5 days). The total time required from the bud phase to wilting (20 days) Flower morphology at Nine o'clock is a complete flower consisting of petals, crown, stamens and pistil. Flower buds are light green to yellowish green, at the time of bloom the flower crowns are mixed with yellow red and when the flower crown withers brownish yellow, the crown blooms at 08.30-09.00 WIB. Four o'clock flower morphology is a complete flower consisting of petals, crown, stamens and pistil, has protective leaves that are fused together, the buds are green to brown, The flower is shaped like a trumpet, when blooming the flower crown is white and when the crown of withered flowers is brown, the crown blooms at 15.00-16.30 WIB. The movement of closing andopening the flower completely is called Photonasty motion. Keywords: Nine o'clock Flower, Four o'clock Flower, Portulaca grandiflora,Mirabilis jalapa, Growth morphology, Photonasty motion.
