PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KELUARGA TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR MAHASISWA PROGRAM STUDI PENDIDIKAN EKONOMI UNIVERSITAS SRIWIJAYA ANGKATAN 2018
This study aims to determine the influence of family environment on students' learning achievement in the Economic Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Sriwijaya University in 2018. This study is a kind of correlational study. The method of collecting the data used were questionnaires, interviews and documentation. However, the instrument validation in this study used the Product Moment Correlation formula while the reliability test used the Cronbach Alpha formula. The sample in this study were students of the 2018 Economic Education Study Program who lived with a family with a total of 42 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The family environment data analysis technique was obtained from the results of the questionnaire, moreover the learning achievement data analysis was obtained from the documentation results. Based on the t-test calculation, it showed that tcount = 4,320 > ttable = 2,021 so that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Then, the determinant test was carried out to find out how much the X variable affected the Y variable, which was 31.8%. Thus, it can be concluded that there is an influence of family environment on students' achievement in the Economic Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Sriwijaya University in 2018. The family environment greatly influences learning achievement, because the family can be a motivator for students, so that through this motivation students will increase their interest, high willingness, and enthusiasm in learning and be diligent in the learning process.
