This research is to know whether or not there is an influence of ASSURE learning model with Google Classroom on the writing advertisement text of VIII class students of SMP Negeri 27 Palembang. This research used pre-experimental design method and one group pretest-posttest design. Sample of this research is VIII.2 class SMP Negeri 27 Palembang who were given the initial test before being given by treatment and final test after being given by treatment of ASSURE learning model. Data collection technique used writing test technique. Data processing technique used SPSS 25 program. Average score of pretest and posttest is 59,75 and 83,54. Then, the result of t-test is found that the score of tcount = 19,894 > t table = 2,052 which means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Based on the result of hypothesis, it can be conclude that there is influence of ASSURE learning model with Google Classroom on the writing advertisement text of VIII class students of SMP Negeri 27 Palembang. Therefore, ASSURE learning model is recommended to be used in Indonesian Language learning in school, especially in writing advertisement text learning.
