The objectives of the study are: 1) To calculate income of Arabica Coffee Cultivation at Segamit Village, 2) Analyze the financial feasibility of Arabica Coffee at Segamit Village, 3) Analyze the development prospect of Arabica Coffee at Segamit Village. Data collection was carried out in January 2020 at Segamit Village Semendo Darat Ulu Sub-district Muara Enim Regency South Sumaetera. The results of this study indicate that Arabica Coffee cultivation at Segamit Village is feasible and make a profit. Revenues obtained amounted to IDR16.640.556,-/hectare/year and income earned is IDR10.117.091,- and financially, NPV obtained IDR76.816.860,-, IRR 37%, Net B/C Ratio 2, Payback Period for 4 year 9 month, the production BEP was 1.181 Kg and the rupiah BEP was IDR8.267.768,-. Sensitivity analysis with a scenario of 110% increase in production cost and seeds, 5% decrease in selling price of production and 23% decrease in number of production as a tolerance limit for Arabica Coffee cultivation at Segamit Village is able to run. Development prospect using the Logical Framework Analysis provide recommendations in the form of building and improving relations with stakeholders, conducting regular agricultural extension activities and learning to use social media to support sales expansion.
