The objective of this research was to know growth and yield of eggplant by giving chicken manure fertilizer and rice husk charcoal. This research was conducted from July 2019 to February 2020 at Bukit Lama, Palembang, South Sumatera. This research used on randomized completel block desain with ten treatments. The treatments were P₁ = Soil only, P₂ = rice husk charcoal + soil (1:3), P₃ = rice husk charcoal + soil (1:1), P₄ = rice husk charcoal + soil (3:1), P₅ = chicken manure fertilizer + soil (1:3), P₆ = chicken manure fertilizer + soil (1:1), P₇ = chicken manure fertilizer + soil (3:1), P₈ = rice husk charcoal + chicken manure fertilizer + soil (1:2:1), P₉ = rice husk charcoal + chicken manure fertilizer + soil (1:1:1), P₁₀ = rice husk charcoal + chicken manure fertilizer + soil (2:1:1). The result showed that the treatment of P10 was the best with the highest plant was 42,26 cm, the fastest blooming was 22,33 days, the highest fruit weight per plant was 538,44 g, the highest fruit diameter was 38,16 mm and the highest average weight of fruit was 81,66 g.
