The purposes of this research are : (1) To analyze the implementation of partnership pattern of oil plasma farmers with PT. Tunas Baru Lampung in Nusa Makmur Village District of Air Kumbang Banyuasin Regency. (2) To analyze the income of oil palm plasma farmers in Nusa Makmur Villager District of Air Kumbang Banyuasin Regency. (3) To analyze the perception of oil palm plasma farmers to continue the partership with PT. Tunas Baru Lampung in Nusa Makmur Village District of Air Kumbang Banyuasin Regency. This research has been done in Nusa Makmur Village District of Banyuasin by purposive sampling. The retrieval of the research was conducted on Februari 2020 until completion. This research used survey methods to collecting data and samples were taken using main chriteria as plasma farmers. The collected data has been grouped as Primary Data and Secondary data. The results for this study were (1) The implementation of the partnership pattern in Nusa Makmur Village is in the high criteria, it means that the partnership between plasma farmers and PT. Tunas Baru Lampung is going well. (2) The average income received by oil plasma farmers in Nusa Makmur Village is IDR9,273,451.81/month, so it concluded that income of oil plasma farmers in Nusa Makmur Village is greater than minimum salary of Banyuasin Regency. (3) The perception of oil plasma farmers in Nusa Makmur Village against the sustainability of partnership with PT. Tunas Baru Lampung are in the medium criteria, it means the sustainability of the partnership with PT. Tunas Baru Lampung is quite sustainable.
