The objectives of this research are I) to evaluate the performance of Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Ogan llir based on Value For Money Concept, and 2) to analize and discuss what the benefit of application Value For Money at Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Ogan llir performance. Research finding has shown that performance from economic aspect in year 2005 and 2006 is economic, but, in year 2006 more economic than 2005. from efficiency aspect in year 2005 and 2006 has shown that the performance is efficient. Efficiency in year 2006 is more efficient than 2005. The efTectivity in year 2005 and 2006 is not effective. The results of this research has shown that performance of Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Ogan Ilir is economic, efficient but not effective. In order to improve the performance especially for effectivity, government should increase of financial employee quality, doing interactive with society to increase of district tax and district retribution, doing good coordination with others officials, increasing of planning and coordination, developing the potential of tourism area.
