This study aims to (1) Analyze the performance of KUD Manunggal Jaya in serving member farmers in Karang Jaya Sub-District, Prabumulih Timur District. (2) Knowing the quality and income of farmer members of KUD Manunggal Jaya, farmers in Kelurahan Karang Jaya. (3) Determine the relationship between the performance of KUD and the income and quality of processed rubber material produced by farmers in Karang Jaya Village. This research was conducted in Karang Jaya Subdistrict, East Prabumulih District. Site selection is purposive. Data collection was conducted in November 2019 until complete. The research method used in this study is the Survey Method. This study took 30 samples from 1,144 populations. The results showed that (1) The results of the calculation of the financial performance of KUD Manunggal Jaya, namely liquidity ratios, are categorized as not good. The solvency ratio is in the bad category and the rentability ratio is in the bad category. Non-financial performance consisting of a member perspective, an internal business perspective and a learning and growth perspective including mediocre criteria. (2) The average of rubber farming income of farmer members of KUD Manunggal Jaya is Rp.33,763,274.00 per arable area per year and the quality of rubber is included in the criteria that are already good. (3) KUD performance has no real relationship with income and rubber quality.
