PT. Walie Tampas Citratama is one of the quartz sand mining company in Bangka Belitung Islands province. The company has done mining activities since 2018. With an area of IUP 46.2 ha, in Perlang village, central Bangka District, Bangka Belitung Islands province. In the area of IUP of PT. Walie Tampas Citratama, there is an area that has been exploited quartz sand covering 5.03 ha, and then will be carried out reclamation activities for improving the first environment hue that has been disrupted due to mining activities. The first hue of environment in the Reclamation Plan area is a sengon tree land that has been planted by the company's previous IUP owners. The stages of reclamation planning in this former mining land such as, land preparation, land stewardship, and revegetation. Land preparation is done for 1 day for the demolished the facilities and infrastructures that exist in reclamation plan. Land stewardship carried out land flattening by using bulldozer with a blade capacity of 3,512 m3 for 72 days and flatten 7 bumps with a volume of 50,930 m3. The drainage is made by excavators with a 0.8 m3 bucket capacity and a planned drain volume is 99.31 m3. The spread of soil is done with the pot system because of the limited number of soil shoots in the region reclamation plan. Revegetation is done based on the first hue of environment in the Reclamation Plan area. The suitable crops are sengon trees and LCC with a total of 2,183 seedlings. At this reclamation planning conducted a detailed cost planning that consisted of direct costs and indirect costs. The planned direct cost is Rp 375.558.050,00. And indirect cost is Rp. 121.255.249,90. So that the total cost planning required for land reclamation of the former quartz sand mining is Rp. 496.813.299.90
