This purpose of this reseacrh to: 1. Describe the stages of the implementation of the KRPL program at the Lubuk Tanjung Lubuk Linggau Perumnas. 2. Analyzing the success of the KRPL program in Lubuk Tanjung Lubuk Linggau Perumnas. 3. Analyzing the household income of farmers in Lubuk Tanjung Lubuk Linggau Perumnas. This research has been carried out in Lubuk Tanjung Lubuk Linggau City Housing. Data collection in the field was carried out in February 2020. The method used in this study is the survey method. In this study the sample to be taken was all members of the Karya Tani farmer women's group, namely 30 people consisting of the chairman, secretary, treasurer, and members. The sampling technique uses the saturated sample method. The result: 1) The stages of activities in the KRPL Program in Lubuk Tanjung Perumnas Tanjung Aman Sub-District consist of preparation, group formation, socialization / extension, strengthening of group institutions, activity planning, training, implementation, financing, monitoring and evaluation. 2) Overall the success of women farmers in the KRPL program in Lubuk Tanjung District, Tanjung Aman Village is included in the medium criteria. Indicators that have a moderate effect on the success of women farmers in the KRPL Program are economic and technical aspects, while social aspects are in the low category. 3) Average yard farm income of Rp 224,558 (5.35%) consisting of yard yields sold and yard yields consumed (non-cash). Family income (excluding farming) is Rp 3,973,333 (94.65%) per month. Thus the total household income of the respondents was Rp 4,197,891 per month.
