The purpose of this study is to (1) Calculate the allocation amount of working time of pempek home industry players at 27 Ilir Palembang City, (2) Calculate the local income of pempek home industry palyers at 27 Ilir Palembang City and (3) Calculate the income contribution of pempek home industry players toward total local income at 27 Ilir Palembang city. This research activity has been carried out from august 2019 at 27 Ilir Palembang City. The data collected consist of primary data and secondary data. The results of this research show that (1) The allocation of working time for the home industry players is devided into 4 times, which are domestic acivity time, produkctive activity time, social time, and leisure time. The allocation of productive activity time is on average 6,57 hours/day. (2) the average income of home industry players is on Rp 377,476/month while the householder is on Rp 3.502.589/month. (3) the contribution of the home industry players income toward the total income is classified low by 9.73% Key words: Social capital, Performances, Farmers, Wetland paddy, Income, Productivity.
