This research was aimed to improve subsoil with Oil Palm Empty Fruit Bunch (TKKS) as media for oil palm nursery. It was conducted in Experimental Station of Agriculture Faculty, Sriwijaya University, Indralaya, from January to April 2020. This research was designed by randomized complete block design with 2 factors and analized by split plot design with 3 replications. The first factor is application of TKKS i.e., mix and mulch and the second was TKKS doses i.e., 250, 500, 750, 1000 g / 5 kg soil. The result of the experiment showed that application influenced very significantly for plant height and stem diameter and influenced for leaf number. Plant height and stem diameter is influenced very significantly that doses of TKKS and influenced for leaf number. The application combined doses of TKKS influenced very significantly for plant height, leaf number and stem diameter. The mulch combined doses 750 g / 5 kg is the best composition to improve subsoil with Oil Palm Fruit Bunch (TKKS) as media for oil palm nursery.
