Analysis of Labor Satisfaction Levels in Estates on Wage Systems of PT Great Giant Pineaple Lampung Tengah (Supervised by RISWANI and HENNY MALINI ) The assessment of labor costs is very important so that workers get a decent wage and can meet the needs of their families. meanwhile job satisfaction is a problem that is quite interesting and important, because of the large benefits for the benefit of individuals and companies. Many factors affect labor satisfaction, including job suitability, Organizational policies include opportunities for growth, work environment and superior behaviour. The purpose of this research is : (1) Describe the wage system plantation workers of PT Great Giant Pineapple, (2) Measuring the level of satisfaction plantation workers of PT Great Giant Pineapple, (3) Analyze the factors that influence the level of satisfaction plantation workers of PT Great Giant Pineapple. This research was conducted on Plantation Group 2 PT Great Giant Pinneapple at February 2020. The research method used in this study is a survey method with questionnaires and direct interviews. Data collection methods used are primary data and secondary data. Results of analysis the Labor system on Plantation Group 2 based by determined based on the structure and scale of wages by taking into account the group, position, tenure, education, competence, performance and type of work or workload. The results of this study indicate that the level of satisfaction in the wage system is included in the "Satisfied" category ( 30 Respondence’s ) , and workers are satisfied with the existing wage system. Test results F obtained that hypothesis Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected which means the independent variable together (simultaneous ) affect job satisfaction. The results of t-test calculations are known that the compensation variable, job characteristics, leadership, employment and job promotions affect job satisfaction of workers.
