Nababan1, Lifianthi2, Elly Rosana3 Program Studi Agribisnis, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Sriwijaya Jalan Palembang-Prabumulih KM 32 Indralaya Ogan Ilir 30662 Abstract The purpose of this research were: (1) Determining the level of performance of hasiolan farmer groups in Hutanauli Village, Dolok Masihul District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. (2) Knowing the level of farm income of irrigated rice farmers in Hutanauli Village, Dolok Masihul District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. And (3) Analyzing the relationship between farmer group performance and farm income of lowland rice farmers in Hutanauli Village, Dolok Masihul District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. This research was conducted in Hutanauli Village, Serdang Bedagai Regency from April to June 2020. The location was determined purposively, by survey method. The sampling method used in this study was simple random sampling method with 34 respondents from 150 farmers. Data obtained from direct interviews using questionnaires, in the form of primary data and secondary data. Data processing to answer the first objective uses the calculation of scores with indicators of activity planning, group membership, group cooperation, application of technology and information, utilization of assistance, to answer the second goal using income analysis, while for the third purpose use RankSpearman correlation analysis. The results showed that the performance of the hasiolan farmer groups in Hutanauli Village, Serdang Bedagai Regency was in the high criteria. The income level of irrigated rice farmers in Hutanauli Village, Serdang Bedagai Regency is in medium criteria. There is no relationship between the performance of hasiolan farmer groups and the income of irrigated rice farmers in Hutanauli Village, Serdang Bedagai Regency.
