Adolescence is a period of transition from childhood to physical maturity to adulthood. In girls, the function of the reproductive system begins with menarche, this can cause anxiety if it is not prepared cognitively, affective and psychomotor. A survey conducted at SD Negeri 90 Palembang found that there were still many students who did not understand menarche and were not ready to face menarche due to a lack of knowledge about menarche. One of the interventions that can be done to increase students' knowledge about menarche is the combination of media edtatis games and video. This study aims to determine the effect of a combination of educational media and video games about menarche on the knowledge of students at SD Negeri 90 Palembang. The design of this research is pre-experimental with one group & post test design. The population in this study were female students at SD Negeri 90 Palembang. The sample include 34 students who were taken by using purposive sampling. Data were analyzed by statistical test of Marginal Homogenity Test. The results of this study found that 14 students had poor knowledge before being given the intervention and after being given the intervention, 29 students had good knowledge. The statistical test results showed a significant difference in the knowledge of students at SD Negeri 90 Palembang before and after health education with p value of 0.000 (p value
