Calculating the income of the Semantung Farm Broiler chicken business in Atung Bungsu Village, Pagar Alam City (2). This research was conducted in Atung Bungsu Village, Dempo Selatan District, Pagar Alam City. The method used in this research is the case study method. This research is a qualitative research. The research used is descriptive qualitative research. Descriptive qualitative research is a research with a case study method or approach. The method of sampling the effect of the use of modern cages (Close House) on the income of farmers using the census method. The data collected in this study are primary data and secondary data. Answering the first research objective, namely to determine the factors that influence the use of modern cages on broilers in Semantung Farm, Pagar Alam City. which is presented in a tabulative descriptive form. Answering the second research objective, namely to calculate the broiler income in Semantung Farm, namely livestock business income is analyzed by using tabulations and income formulas. The influence of use, sometimes modern or close house, consists of five factors. namely: Productivity. Weight Growth. Level of Susceptibility to Disease. Death Rate. and Labor. Broiler chicken business income generated in one period is Rp 60,076,928 with an average number of livestock cultivated by 60,000 head per period.
