The objectives of this study were: (1) To analyze changes in the composition of the use of production factors and changes in rice production before and after setting the highest retail price in Telang Jaya Village, Muara Telang District, Banyuasin Regency. (2) To analyze the differences in farmers' income before and after setting the highest retail price, and (3) To analyze the correlation between production and rice farmers' income before and after the highest retail price. This research was conducted in Telang Jaya Village, Muara Telang District, Banyuasin Regency in February 2020. The research method used was a survey method and the sampling method used in this study was the simple random sampling method. The data collected is primary data and secondary data. Based on the results of the study concluded: (1) There is a difference in the composition of the use of production factors and changes in the amount of rice production produced in the period before the highest retail price setting with the period after the highest retail price setting, (2) There is a difference in the income of rice farmers in Telang Jaya Village before the highest retail price and the period after the highest retail price was set. From the highest average income before retail is greater than the income after the highest retail price is set, and (3) There is a relationship between rice production and farm income in Telang Jaya Village with the level of relationship between production and income, the level of the relationship is perfect
