ANALISIS WASTE ALUR LAYANAN RAWAT JALAN DI PUSKESMAS GUNUNG KEMALA KOTA PRABUMULIH DAN TEBING GERINTING KABUPATEN OGAN ILIR
Outpatient services are often used by the public to obtain treatment so that the puskesmas is expected to maintain the patient’s trust and satisfaction with the services provided. However, here is still a non-value activity or waste of activity during the process of providing outpatient care patients such as the presence of waiting for registration and general poly long enough, the drug stock is often depleted/no and the lack of clear instructions for the use of drugs. The purpose of this study was to determine the waste that occurs in the outpatient service flow at the Gunung Kemala Health Center, Prabumulih City and Tebing Gerinting, Ogan Ilir Regency. This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach and uses the Lean Healthcare method. The design used is cross sectional. The number of samples were 100 patients in each puskesmas. Sampling was done by accidental sampling. Analysis of the data used is univariate. The results showed that there were still many patients who experienced waste in outpatient services as many as 74 patients in Mount Kemala and 65 patients in Tebing Gerinting. There are eight types of waste in Puskesmas Gunung Kemala, there were: defect:2.7%, over production: 1.35%, waiting: 33.8%, non-utilizing talent: 54%, transportation: 9.5%, inventory: 16.2 %, motion: 10.8%, and extra processing: 17.6% and five types of waste at Tebing Gerinting puskesmas, there were: waiting:50.8%, non-utilizing talent: 58.5%, inventory: 17%, motion: 1, 5%, and extra processing: 21.5%. Concluded that there are three critical waste in each health center good Gunung Kemala and Cliff Gerinting i.e. non utilizing talent by 54%;58,5%, waiting 33,8%;is 50.8% and the extra processing by 13%;21,5%. It is recommended to evaluate the performance of officers as a services evaluation, increase work commitments so that they are more involved in their duties, officers are more active in asking patients and often the coordinating to the next poly so that waiting time is not long and checking drug stock.
