EVALUASI PROGRAM INDONESIA SEHAT DENGAN PENDEKATAN KELUARGA (PIS-PK) DI PUSKESMAS INDRALAYA KABUPATEN OGAN ILIR (Pada Indikator TB Paru dan Hipertensi)
Indralaya Health Center is one of the health centers that implement the Healthy Indonesia Program with a Family Approach. Achievement of Tuberculosis value at Indralaya Health Center is 66.43% and Hypertension achievement is 80.60%, these numbers have not reached the total coverage and Minimum Service Standard target. During the implementation since 2017, there has no been evaluation. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the implementation of PIS-PK on indicators of Pulmonary TB and Hypertension in Indralaya Health Center, Ogan Ilir Regency. This research used qualitative research, data taken through in-depth interviews, document review and observation. There were 8 informants consists of 3 key informants and 5 triangulation informants. The results showed that the basic policy variables were in accordance to the Minister of Health Regulation Number 39 year 2016 about the implementation of PIS-PK. However, they did not have guidelines on the management of TB and Hypertension indicators. The aim of the program is to increase access to health services for the whole community through a family approach. target of the program is a family. The program officer was sufficient, the source of funds were from the Health Operational Assistance funds. Facilities and infrastructure were good enough. Home visits have been carried out regularly, information and education have been provided to sufferers during home visits and treatment. Screening was not in accordance to the procedures and guidelines, there was not screening form. Treatment has been carried out in accordance to the standards. But the referral system was not in accordance to the procedures. The activity report has been carried out, there has no confirmation of the progress for the implementation of the indicators between PIS-PK officers and TB and Hypertension program holders. It can be concluded that the context variables have been running well, the input variables and the process still had obstacles with technical implementation of screening and referral as well as the reporting system. The suggestion for health center for this research is to use the guidelines and procedures for service management on the indicators in the PIS-PK and latest Minimum Service Standard. Provide screening and referral forms to facilitate data collection and data collection, as well as improving coordination among internal PIS-PK officers of the health center.
