Analysis of the Performance of Farmer Groups and Their Relationship to Arabica Coffee Farm Income in Segamit Village Semendo Darat Ulu Sub District Muara Enim Regency South Sumatera (Guided by YUNITA and ELLY ROSANA). Coffee is a plantation product that has market opportunities, both domestically and abroad. Since 1984 the share of Indonesian coffee exports in the international coffee market has topped the three highest after Brazilia and Colombia. The amount of demand from coffee production is needed for food or beverage ingredients as well as economic interests, therefore it is necessary to manage a good coffee farming and it is necessary a farmer group that focuses its production on coffee commodities so that the coffee farming business can produce optimally and profitably. Farmer groups are some farmers or farmers or planters who gather themselves in a group because having harmony in their goals, motives, and interests and farming groups is one of the ideal containers to unite forces with farmers that can be used to improve their bargaining position. As for the function of the farmer group as a learning group, namely a teaching platform for its members to improve knowledge, skills and attitudes and grow and develop self-reliance in trying to grow agriculture so that its productivity increases, its income increases and life becomes more prosperous. The objectives that will be achieved in this study are: (1) to measure the performance of Arabica Coffee farmer group in Segamit Village Semendo Darat District Ulu Muara Enim Regency, (2) calculate the amount of income of Arabika Coffee farmers in Segamit Village Semendo Darat District Ulu Muara Enim Regency, (3) to analyze the performance of the farmer group against the income of Arabika Coffee farmers in Segamit Village Semendo Darat District Ulu Muara Enim Regency. This research was conducted in Segamit Village, Semendo Darat Ulu Sub-District, Muara Enim Regency, South Sumatra in January 2020 until completion. The method used in this study is the survey method. The data collected in this study is primary and secondary data. Based on the results of the analysis, the performance of kopi arabika farmer group in Segamit Village Semendo Darat Ulu Muara Enim District is on the moderate criteria with an average score of 52.43. Meanwhile, the average income of members of Arabica Coffee farming group in Segamit Village is Rp12,787,243.52 per area per year. The results of hypothetical testing that has been conducted in this study there is no link between the performance of farmers group to the income of Arabika Coffee farmers in Segamit Village Semendo Darat District Ulu Muara Enim Regency.
