This study aims to determine the factors that influence to motivation of PMR members in participating in PMR extracurricular activities at SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya Utara. This research uses descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Informants or informants in this study amounted to 7 people, of which 5 people as the main informants and 2 people as supporting informants. Data cellection techniques used are documentation, interviews and observation. The validity test of the data used is the credibility test, the transferbility test, the dependability test and the confirmability test. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that the factors causing the lack of motivation of PMR members in participating in PMR extracurricular activities are 5 namely: factors of student aspirations or aspirations, factors of students ability, factors of students condition, factors of dynamic elements and factors of teacher in activities.
