This reserch to assess and compare the magnitude of the soil erodibility on plantation land with different types of plants (Rubber, Palm and Teak) and forest land as a comparison in the area of PT. Waimusi Agroindah. The method used is a very detailed survey with each area of research that is 3.5 ha for teak plants, 20 ha for rubber plants, and 17 ha for oil palm plants. The determination of the location of soil sampling is based on the Purposive Sampling method. The observed variables are: the main variable is the value of soil erosion sensitivity and supporting variables, namely: 1. Organic Materials, 2. Permeability, 3. Soil Structure and 4. Soil Texture. Data processing which is then interpreted and to find the value of soil erosion sensitivity, is converted using the Wischmeier and Smith equation (1978). Oil palm plantation has a quantitative soil erosion sensitivity value (0.18), followed by rubber land (0.15) and the lowest teak land area (0.13). Although rubber, oil palm and teak plantations have different values, nevertheless, the three lands are included in the same criteria, namely low. And for the results of the value of soil erosion sensitivity on forest land that is equal to (0.04) with very low criteria. Key words: Soil Erosion Sensitivity Value, Plantation Land, Physical and Chemical Properties of Soil, PT. Waimusi Agroindah.
