LAYANAN UNIT PENGOLAHAN DAN PEMASARAN BOKAR (UPPB) SERTA DAMPAKNYA TERHADAP PENDAPATAN PETANI BOKAR DI DESA REJODADI KECAMATAN SEMBAWA KABUPATEN BANYUASIN

The purposes of this research are: (1) to identify the services and benefits that provided by UPPB to rubber farmer’s and the obstacle that still facing of these institution in their activities. (2) to analyze the impact after the existence of the UPPB to rubber farmer’s income. (3) to formulate the strategies or ways to overcome the obstacle so that the UPPB performances can increase. This research was carried out in Rejodadi Village, Sembawa Sub-District, Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatera. Data collection at this research location was took at Banyuasin on November to December, 2019. This research was used the simple random sampling method from 200 populations was took 36 samples of farmer who’s the farmer’s before and after becoming the members of the UPPB Jaya BerkahKencana. The results of this study showed that (1) UPPB Jaya BerkahKencana were provided a technical service functions, marketing functions, transportations service and economic benefit that farmer’s felt. The internal obstacle were the unavailability of office, the occurrence of concurrent positions (double positions), there's no training schedule. The external obstacle were lack of extension agentsmentorship/accompaniment, middlemen game, postponement of payment sales results BOKAR by the auction winner. (2) the existence of the UPPB Jaya BerkahKencana were provided a significant impact in increasing revenue that seen from the results of SPSS analysis 16.0 whichis the value of sig 92. tailed) ≤ 0,05 with the difference in income of Rp10.354.075, -/Lg/Th. (3) the internal obstacle strategy were the provision of Inventory, make a training and evaluation routine agenda, and make a routine training agenda from the center. The external obstacle strategy were to make a routine agenda with the extension agents, increase the farmers' satisfaction to the UPPB, and help the farmer’s to pay the tender winner.
