Indralaya Health Center has coverage of visits of pregnant women by 90.3% where there are 10,471 visits from 11,596 pregnant women targets. Based on the Minimum Service Standards (MSS), the target of visit visits for pregnant women in 2019 is 95%, meaning that the Indralaya Health Center, Ogan Ilir Regency has not yet reached the MSS target. Therefore the purpose of this study is to analyze the factors associated with the visit of pregnant women in Indralaya Health Center, Ogan Ilir Regency. This study uses a cross sectional study design. Data collection was carried out in 2020 through interviews using a questionnaire. Data analysis was performed through univariate and bivariate analysis using the Chi-Square Test. The sample was 3rd trimester pregnant women who were selected purposively (n = 78 people). The results of this study indicate that pregnancy check-up visit was complete (56.4%) and incomplete visit was (43.6%). Factors related to maternal examination visits at the Indralaya Health Center in Ogan Ilir Regency were age (p = 0.007), knowledge (p = 0.003), husband's support (p = 0.015) and health worker attitudes (p = 0.015). Whereas the unrelated factors are education, mother's attitude, work and distance. Thus the Indralaya Health Center in Ogan Ilir Regency needs to optimize the performance of implementing staff, especially the scope of visits of pregnant women examinations by increasing counseling or counseling for pregnant women.
