This study aims to obtain information about the effect of the Think Talk Write (TTW) learning model on students' critical thinking skills on the digestive system material class XI IPA of SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya. The research method used is Quasi Experimental with Nonequivalent Control Group Design research design. Determination of the sample using the Simple Random Sampling technique. The instrument of data collection was carried out with tests in the form of multiple choice questions, observation of learning activities and implementation and questionnaire responses of students. The ability to think critically in this study includes several indicators namely providing simple explanations, building basic skills, drawing conclusions, providing further explanations and managing strategies and tactics. The results showed that the average value of the final test of the experimental class was 84.09 and the n-gain value was 0.71 and for the control class the average value of the final test was 70.91 and the n-gain value was 0.50. Based on statistical tests show that the application of the TTW learning model has a significant effect on students' critical thinking skills on the digestive system material class XI of SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya.
