MANFAAT DAN KUALITAS LAYANAN KUD KARET BAGI PETANI ANGGOTA DI KELURAHAN KARANG JAYA KECAMATAN PRABUMULIH TIMUR

This research was conducted in Karang Jaya Subdistrict, Prabumulih Timur District in February 2020 and aims to: 1) Identify the types of services provided by KUD Manunggal Jaya for rubber farmers 2) Measure the level of service quality provided by KUD Manunggal Jaya and their impact on the income of rubber farmers , 3) Analyzing the economic benefits provided by KUD Manunggal Jaya for the income of rubber farmers who are members of KUD 4) Identifying social benefits provided by KUD Manunggal Jaya for rubber farmers. The research method used was a survey method and direct interviews. The sampling method used in this study is a simple random method, with 60 sample farmers consisting of 30 member farmers and 30 non-member farmers. Data collected in this study are primary and secondary data. The results showed that the types of services provided by KUD Manunggal Jaya are in the form of credit business services (savings and loans) and businesses in the management and marketing of production products where both of these businesses are still running well and some are no longer running . The results showed that tangible Service Quality included the criteria of "good", reliability in the criteria of "good", catchment criteria of "not good", guarantees in the criteria of "not good" and empathy included criteria for "good" according to KUD members themselves given so well it's just that it requires the addition of activities or types of services to be more active and administrators can maximize again in providing services. Economic benefits can be concluded that the average income of KUD rubber farmers is not greater than non-KUD rubber farmers. The social benefits provided by KUD Manunggal Jaya in the form of good relations between members, have a spirit of cooperation and provide training for members including the criteria of "Very Good".
