Abstract, National road is one of transportation infrastructure that support the needs of life for the people. South Sumatra has a potential of natural resources in several regions. Road is an important aspect in local economic growth or even in sosial life of South Sumatra people. Therefore, it should be one of concideration to keep the maintanance reminding it was an important aspect. The government itself implement a road management system program, known as the Road Asset Management System (RAMS). The program aims to assist in the maintenance, improvement and operation of cost-effective physical assets in a project. This study was located in road Mangun Jaya - MusiRawas, South Sumatra. Using RAMS program, it requires some supporting data obtained from surveys directly on site and others data obtained from government agencies, BalaiPelaksanaanJalan Nasional (BPJN) Region V Palembang. The surveys are Falling Weight Deflector (FWD) survey and average daily traffic flow data, meanwhile datas from related agencies are the Pavement Condition Index (PCI) and International Roughness Index (IRI). From this study, the results of the analysis and calculation of maintenance cost on the Mangun Jaya road segment - MusiRawa that was processed in RAMS application in 2020 amounted to Rp.102.124.581.949, in 2021 amounted to Rp.14.557.229.437, in 2022 amounting to Rp.15.620.799 839, in 2023 amounting to Rp.13.926.957.802, and in 2024 amounting to Rp.12.814.508.546. For the handling results obtained were six ways, namely warranty period, heavy routine maintenance, preventive routine, routine routine, condition rehab handling and major handling routine maintenance performed per 100 meters of station (STA).
