Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is an infection caused by the dengue virus, which can be transmitted from Aedes Spp. Tropical and subtropical countries are at high risk of dengue virus transmission, estimated to be between 2.5 and 3.6 billion cases of dengue fever occur each year, around 2 million cases develop into DHF, accompanied by around 20,000 deaths. The eradication of dengue hemorrhagic fever is carried out by eradicating the Aedes aegypti mosquito which acts as a carrier of the dengue virus. Efforts to prevent and eradicate DHF in Indonesia since 2016 until now are through the PSN 3Mplus program, which is all forms of prevention from mosquito bites, through environmental control and self-protection from mosquito bites carried out by the community. The aim was to analyze the relationship PSN action 3Mplus and nutritional status with the incidence of dengue fever in Palembang city, and to know the dominant factor affecting the incidence of dengue fever in toddlers.
