Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is an infection caused by the dengue virus, which can be transmitted from Aedes Spp. Tropical and subtropical countries are at high risk of dengue virus transmission, estimated to be between 2.5 and 3.6 billion cases of dengue fever occur each year, around 2 million cases develop into DHF, accompanied by around 20,000 deaths. The eradication of dengue hemorrhagic fever is carried out by eradicating the Aedes aegypti mosquito which acts as a carrier of the dengue virus. Efforts to prevent and eradicate DHF in Indonesia since 2016 until now are through the PSN 3Mplus program, which is all forms of prevention from mosquito bites, through environmental control and self-protection from mosquito bites carried out by the community. The aim was to analyze the relationship PSN action 3Mplus and nutritional status with the incidence of dengue fever in Palembang city, and to know the dominant factor affecting the incidence of dengue fever in toddlers. Method. The research using quantitative methods. This research was conducted in seven of The Community Health Center in the sub-district area with a high risk category of the incidence of dengue hemorrhagic fever in Palembang, namely Multiwahana, Sako, Pembina, OPI, Bukit Sangkal, Kalidoni and Sei Selincah. The study was conducted from January to March 2020. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between draining and cleaning the tub / water reservoir, avoiding mosquito bites, avoiding the habit of hanging clothes in the house and nutritional status with the incidence of dengue hemorrhagic fever in toddlers. Conclusion. The action of PSN 3Mplus by the community as an effort to prevent dengue hemorrhagic fever has been carried out but not maximally. The risk of toddlers experiencing DHF events with household habits hanging clothes in the house was 16,937 times compared to households that do not hang clothes in the house.
