Studies on the effect of humidifier temperature and hydrogen flow rate on the performance of the Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell (PEMFC) using Pt/C and CoFe/N-C catalysts have been carried out. Membrane Electrode Assembly (MEA) is made of two electrodes, each coated with a Pt/C catalyst on the anode side and CoFe/N-C on the cathode side. The second MEA was made using a Pt/C catalyst both at the cathode and anode and the electrolyte membrane used was the Nafion-212 membrane. Electrodes were characterized using the Cyclic Voltammetry (CV) method to obtain Electrochemical Surface Area (ECSA) and Electrochemical Independence Spectroscopy (EIS) methods to obtain electrode electrical conductivity data. Based on the CV results, the ECSA value of the Pt/C electrode was 60.88 mg/cm2 while the CoFe/N-C electrode was 4.83 mg/cm2. The electrical conductivity test of the electrode shows that the Pt/C electrode has the highest conductivity value of 7.2 x 10-3 S/cm while the CoFe/N-C electrode is 4.4 x 10-3 S/cm. The highest OCV (Open Cicuit Voltage) value was shown in MEA with Pt/C catalyst on both sides at 0.890 V, while OCV value on MEA with CoFe/N-C catalyst was 0.790 V. Meanwhile, the temperature of the humidifier 80oC is the optimum temperature of MEA testing with a power density of 3.43 mW/cm2 in MEA with a CoFe The cathode side while MEA with Pt/C on both sides amounted to 10.14 mW/cm2. In addition to the temperature effect of humidifier, MEA performance is also influenced by the hydrogen flow rate as a fuel supply on the PEMFC. The best hydrogen flow rate in the MEA with CoFe/N-C catalysts on the cathode side and Pt/C on the anode at 400 mL/min with power density of 4.93 mW/cm2, while for MEA with the Pt/C catalyst on both sides indicates that the optimum hydrogen flow rate at 200 mL/min with a power density of 10.14 mW/cm2
