This research was aimed to know about Brick Craftsmans level of legal awareness of regional Constitution Number 4 Year 2013 about protection and management of the environment. This research used quantitative approachment and descriptive method. The sample of this study was taken by using saturated sampling technique where all the 32 people as the population were taken as the sample. This research used three techniques for collecting the data, such as documentation, questionnaire, and interview. From the result of the data analysis and the discussion, it could be concluded Brick Craftsmans level of legal awareness of regional Constitution Number 4 Year 2013 about protection and management of the environment was low. It was proven by the result of the analysis of the data and the discussion of the result of the questionnaire, the four indicators used as the measurement of the research consisted of 25 statements showed that the mean value obtained was 60,965% and the percentage of the interval (>) 62,5%.
