This study aims to determine the effect of scouting activities on the development of social attitudes of students in State Junior High School 45 Palembang. The research method used in this study is quantitative and the population in this study were 288 students of State Junior High School 45 Palembang and then the sample was selected totaling 63 people. The sample in this study was taken using purposive sampling is a technique of collecting sample data sources with certain considerations. This study used two variables, namely the X variable scouting activities and the Y variable of the students' social attitudes. Data collection techniques used are documentation, observation and questionnaires. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between scouting activities on social attitudes. This can be proven from the results of hypothesis testing using Linear Regression Analysis. From the test, the sig value is 0.000 and α (0.000
