PERHITUNGAN NILAI SAIDI, SAIFI DAN CAIDI PADA JARINGAN DISTRIBUSI
The development of science, technology, population growth are factors for increasing demand of electrical energy. PT. PLN (Persero) continues strive to fulfill the demand of electrical energy in high quality and reliability services.. The level of reliability can be seen the size of the SAIDI, SAIFI and CAIDI values. The System Avarage Interruption Duration Index (SAIDI) is the average duration of the disturbance, While System Avarage Interruption Frequency Index (SAIFI) is the average frequency of disturbances and the Customer Average Interruption Duration (CAIDI) is the average duration index for normalization when each disturbance occurs. customer. The calculation of SAIDI, SAIFI and CAIDI values on the Distribution Network uses manual calculation methods with mathematical formulas. SAIDI in 2018 is 2.73 hours/customer/year and in 2019 is 1.30 hours/customer/year. SAIFI in 2018 is 1.39 times/customer/year and in 2019 is 0.93 times/customer/year. CAIDI in 2018 is 1.85 hours/times/year and 2019 is 1.32 hours/times/year. The IEEE standard is SAIDI value of 2.3 Hours/Customer/Year, SAIFI 1.45 Times/Customer/Year and CAIDI 1.47 Hours/Times/Year. While SPLN sets 15.36 Hours/Customer/Year, and SAIFI 2.88 Times/Customer/Year. The results of the overall calculation are only SAIDI and CAIDI in 2018 that not up to standards, thus the reliability level of the Simpang Tiga Substation distribution network system is declared reliable.
