A valid and reliable instrument for assessing scientific attitudes on dynamic electrical material for junior high school students has been developed. The research uses the development research method with the 4D development research model (define, design, develop, disseminate) with the aim of the research producing an instrument of scientific attitude assessment on the dynamic electric material of junior high school students. Data were collected through expert validation sheets and reliable tests. The results showed that the mean score of the validity of the scientific attitude instrument was 4.47, very valid for the material aspect and 4.89 very valid for the language aspect. The average reliability of the instrument in the reliability test 1 was 0.82 (very reliable) and the reliability testing 2 was 0.87 (very reliable). Based on the results of expert validity and reliability, the instrument for assessing scientific attitudes on dynamic electrical material for junior high school students is valid and reliable.
