SINTESIS NANOPARTIKEL PERAK MENGGUNAKAN EKSTRAK KULIT BATANG TEMBESU (Fagraea fragrans) DAN UJI ANTIFUNGAL TERHADAP JAMUR YANG MENGINFEKSI TANAMAN MANGGA
Synthesis of silver nanoparticles using tembesu bark extract (Fagraea fragrans) and antifungal tests on fungi that infected mango plants have been carried out. Making AgNPs through variations in the volume of the tembesu bark extract and temperature, the best volume of tembesu bark extract whichwas 5 mL and the best temperatureof AgNPs is at 70oC. The results of the analysis FTIR on tembesu bark extract and its silver nanoparticles which showed a loss of absorption from the aldehydes functional group in 1732.95 cm-1 and the appearance of a carboxylic acid peak in 1652.78 cm-1 indicated the existence of a redox process or reduction of silver ions. The XRD analysis results provide angular values of 2θ at 37.80o (111), 44.02o (200), 64.19o (220) and 77.01o (311) which showed a typical 2θ angle for silver nanoparticles which complies with the JCPDS standard No. 99-0094. The particle size calculated from the Debye Scherrer equation was 12.15 nm. Antifungal activity test results obtained the best percentage of inhibition of silver nanoparticles at the best temperature against N. parvum and F. diaminni fungi of 38% and 32%, respectively.
