The research entitled “The Judge’s Considerations of The Privately Deed Signed Before and Attested by The Notary (Analyzing The Decision of The Supreme Court Number 1499/K/Pdt/2016). The purposes research are to analyzie The Decision of The District Court of Pekanbaru Number: 123/Pdt.G/2011/PN.Pbr, The Decision of The High Court of Pekanbaru Number: 130/Pdt/2014/PT.Pbr and The Decision of The Supreme Court Number: 1499/K/Pdt/2016, to analyze the Judge’s considerations of law to the Evidence of Privately Deed Signed Before and Attested by The Notary based on The Decision of The Supreme Court Number: 1499/K/Pdt/2016, to analyze The Force of Law to The Evidence of Privately Deed Signed Before and Attested by The Notary based on The Decision of The Supreme Court Number: 1499/K/Pdt/2016. The Research method of the research is a normative research. The Results of This Research are The Legal Action from The Claimant can be accepted partially based on The Decision of The District Court of Pekanbaru Number: 123/Pdt.G/2011/Pn.Br. The Decision of The High Court of Pekanbaru Number: 130/Pdt/2014/Pt.Br which is to void The Decision of The District Court Number: 123/Pdt.G/2011/Pn.Br. The Decision of The Supreme Court Number: 1499/K/Pdt/2016 is to Grant The Cassation Petitioner from The Cassation Petitioners and to void The Decision of The Hight Court of Pekanbaru Number: 140/Pdt/2014/Pt.Br on 10th of December 2014 which The Decision of The Hight Court of Pekanbaru is to void The Disctrict Court of Pekanbaru Number: 123/Pdt.G/2011/Pn.Br on 7th of October 2013. The Judges’s consideratons of law about The Private Deed Signed Before and Attested by The Notary based on The Judge’s considerations which The Decision is to grant The Cassation Petitioner and to void The Decision of The Hight Court of Pekanbaru Number: 140/Pdt/2014/Pt.Br on 10th of December 2014 which void The Decision of The District Court of Pekanbaru Number: 123/Pdt.G/2011/Pn.Br 7th of October 2013, caused by The Legal Action from The Claimant was obscuur libels which the allegations on the Legal Action of The Claimant was irrelevance. Thus, the relief sought drom the claimant could not be accepted. The Force of Law to the Evidence of The Private Deed Signed Before and Attested by The Notary Fransiskus Djoenardi, Bachelor of Law on 1st of March 2005 has the same The Force of Law as The Authentic Deed.
