SELF REGULATED LEARNING DENGAN STRES AKADEMIK SISWA SMAN 22 PALEMBANG DENGAN SISTEM FULL DAY SCHOOL
This study aims to determine the relationship between self-regulated learning and academic stress in class XI students at SMA Negeri 22 Palembang who apply the full day school system. The hypothesis of this study is that there is a relationship between self-regulated learning and academic stress in students of SMA Negeri 22 Palembang with the full day school system. Participants in this study were 393 students of class XI at SMA Negeri 22 Palembang. This study uses two scales as a measuring tool, namely the self-regulated learning scale which refers to the concept of Zimmerman (1990) and the academic stress scale which refers to the reaction to stress from Olejnik and Holschuh (2016).
