This study aims to determine the differences in the self-efficacy of senior and junior teachers in responding to fourth grade learning innovations in elementary schools. The method used is a quantitative method of comparative design. The population in this study were all public elementary schools in the city of Palembang, amounting to 248 public elementary schools. The research sample using random sampling obtained 10 elementary schools in Palembang. Based on the analysis of the data it was found that there were differences in the Self-Efficacy of Senior Teachers and Junior Teachers in Responding to Class IV Learning Innovations in Primary Schools. Because tcount> ttable for 5% significance level (13.92> 1.70113) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This can be seen from the average results of senior teachers = 79.62 and the average results of junior teachers = 77.87 analyzed by the t-test formula. Based on the t-test calculation, tcount = 13.92 and ttable = 1.70113, it turns out that tcount is greater than ttable for 5% significance level (13.92> 1.70113), it can be concluded that there is a significant difference of 13.92 between senior and junior teacher self-efficacy in responding to learning innovations in elementary schools.
